Case Management Databases and Systems
All Case Management systems are designed for individual tracking and management needs. Integrations with other systems are normally required for case intake or a separate module is developed. Cases are grouped by case manager with the managers reporting to their supervisors. Case managers are presented at system startup with lists of their cases requiring update or completion to account for missing yet required tracking. Case assignments, and services are tracked from intake to discharge with former involvement readily accessible. Reports and analyses are divided into Case Management, Billing, Performance Measures, Special Programs, Communication Lists, Daily Case Updates and Executive Reports.Databases and programs have been implemented in either MS Access, MS SQL Server, and or MS .NET. Web interfaces for management oversight have been provided which consolidate and allow for group comparisons and subsequent drilldowns.
